Who I work with

I work with adults aged 17 and over, offering counselling and psychotherapy in Hendon, NW4 and online across the UK. I provide a thoughtful, non-judgmental space for people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, addiction, stress, and relationship difficulties. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and work towards greater emotional stability, confidence, and fulfilment.

As a BACP-accredited psychotherapist based in Hendon, I offer therapy sessions in person, online, or by phone. About me

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
